CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
• Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to …..
• Cancellations made before 1st February 2023 will be refunded less than 30% to cover administration costs.
• Cancellations made before 15th February 2023 will be charged 50% of the cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made before 1st March 2023 will be charged 70% of the cancellation fee.
• After 1st March 2023, no refunds will be given.
• All refunds will be made after the Conference.
INSURANCE
Congress organizers shall not be held responsible for any injuries, loss (loss or damage to baggage or property) or any additional costs, financial or otherwise of participants of the conference or accompanying persons during their stay in Egypt. Please do not leave your personal belongings without supervision during the Conference.
